My passion for food and how it can transform your body runs deep.

It began as a child in Ukraine, it followed me to Michelin-starred kitchens in New York City, and now it fuels what I do every day: help people uncover the root causes of their symptoms and support them in making sustainable, realistic changes with results they can feel.

It hasn’t always been a straightforward road. Like you, there were times I felt hopeless, lost, and like I would never get the answers I was looking for.

But through DNA testing, I discovered that my body held the information I needed to heal — I just needed someone to decode it for me.

Now, I get to be that person for others. I help discover what is hidden deep in your DNA, sort through the scientific mumbo-jumbo, and give you steps that are clear and practical to your life.
